PS Steel Return Policy

At PS Steel, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases of stainless steel pipes, fittings, and related products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the items are found damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order, it can be returned or exchanged.
  • Unused and Unaltered Products: The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product. After this period, we may not accept the product for a return or exchange.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: After we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Replacements: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost after receiving the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or special-order items.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging or have been altered.

6. Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to address the issue and arrange for a replacement.
