SS and MS, stainless steel and mild steel
Today let’s understand the difference between SS or MS, stainless steel and mild steel. If you don’t know the difference between a screw and a bolt, you can watch my video. I have put the link for it in my description box and the i button above. In SS, what we use with iron is carbon. Apart from iron, carbon is the only alloy which we use in mild steel, whereas in steel, the main component we use with iron is chromium.

What is SS and MS Pipes Quality Deffrent:
We use the most with iron in stainless steel. So if we use carbon with iron, it will become stainless steel. If stainless steel contains 98% iron, then 2% is carbon. Whereas aluminum contains 90% iron, then 10% is chromium. Apart from carbon, there are some other components in SS, like magnesium and silicon. Apart from prorules, there are some other alloys in SS, like copper, titanium and nickel.

There is a mixture of carbon with iron in SS and when carbon comes in air, then carbon and oxygen combine to form carbon oxide, due to which it gets rusted. Whereas chromium is mixed in it and when chromium comes in a mix of oxygen in the air, then oxygen and chromium together form chromium oxide which further protects the top layer of stainless steel which is even better for steel. Because steel does not get corroded and there is carbon in it so it gets mixed with oxygen and forms carbon oxide. Because it gets rusted in it and forms chromium oxide which does not cause any corrosion, rather it helps it even more. To protect the rusted steel from rust, we have to paint over it. We have to apply a layer on it from our side which we call painting.
Long Term Use Stainless Steel Pipes:
We have to apply paint on it so that the rust does not get applied on it whereas in IFA we do not have any corrosion of paint because it mixes with oxygen and forms chromium oxide due to which a layer is formed on it automatically due to which it does not get corroded but in IFA we have to paint so there is one more difference that for IFA we had to apply paint which is for We do not need paint, it is a flexible metal whereas SS is a non-ductility non-flexibility metal. If we want, we can easily bend SS or put it in any other shape behind it. It bends easily and will not bend easily. Its shape can be changed with the help of tools. Whereas it is difficult to do all this in assets. Its shape will not change quickly.

Other Metal Benifits of Material:
lot of hard work will have to be done but it will not happen. Whereas SS is changed quickly. So SS is a ductility flexible metal whereas SS is a non-ductility non-flexibility metal. If we talk about cost, S metal is low in cost whereas asset is high in cost. S will be more expensive than SC and SS will be a little cheaper. So this was a very good difference between SS and SC which you will not find such a story on the whole of PS Steel .
